About Southeastern Integrated Family Medicine

As a minority owned, Advanced Medical Home, Tier 3, Integrated Medical Practice, we are pleased to offer physicians that represent the cultural and ethnic backgrounds of our community. Our proactive approach includes embedding Peer Support Specialist and Social Workers throughout our delivery system, while providing non-emergency medical transportation and medication assistance.

We address the overdoes epidemic in our surrounding counties by properly administering pain management options, including drug testing, monthly office visits, and behavioral therapy interventions.
